We Accept HBCS Waivers

   CES, DD, and SLS  ​

Peaks & Bounds is a community-based provider supporting clients through Colorado’s

Home- and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waivers, including CES, DD, and SLS.​​​​​​​​​​​​

What can waivers fund?​

​

  • Outdoor adventure & community programs (hiking, climbing, nature-based participation)​

 

  • Summer camps, peer groups, social programs.

 

  • Respite & community connector services

How to use your waiver with us:

 

  • CC us on an email (emily@peaksandbounds.com with your case manager to receive authorizations for Peaks & Bounds services.

  • We’ll coordinate service codes and scheduling.

Also funded by private pay:

  • Outdoor adventure programming can be covered through private pay if waiver funding doesn’t apply for programs like adaptive skiing.
